One bulk bag contains the equivalent of 16 ounces or 1 pound of fresh Broccoli. Net weight of 1.5 ounces of freeze-dried Broccoli.
Each Resealable Mylar bag has an oxygen and moisture absorber to ensure the longest shelf life possible.
